PCIe 5.0 SSDs are really expensive , too. PCIe 4.0 is definitely fine for the next 3-5 years and than there'll be probably PCIe 6.0 SSDs. Also PCIe 5.0 SSDs get really hot and I think with a slim model and a smaller fan it would be much harder to cool the whole system down especially SSD. 21. 1 more reply.
Any and all advice would be appreciated :) PS4 pro you'll have better quality/stable frame rates/etc in all games. So if you care about that stuff, (sometimes the differences are bigger than others, depends on game) then go for pro. If you're like me and don't care at all then slim is just fine. Still looks great. I own a PS4 Pro, my GF has a PS4 Slim. We both play bloodborne together. we have a two TV setup in our spare bedroom where the TVs sit next to each other. I can confirm there is no difference between the two consoles in the way they handle bloodborne, I would actually make the argument the PS4 slim loads faster than the PRO by possibly a second.
