Smithing is the fastest easiest way to get big money once above 200. Once you get some thamaskane steel recipes you can take the jobs with 80k+ payouts. You can simply buy a spa tha for 20k, smelt it for the special steel and then craft the big payout jobs. You don’t necessarily need an army of smiths upgrading materials.

Kingdom menu if you own your own kingdom or are a vassal and then create army. Unless you want to form it with your companions armies (should you do that) it will cost some influence though, depending on the lords you invite.
Hey everybody , I'm 10 hours into Bannerlord and at Clan level 2 and having a good time, the only thing is I'm not allied with a kingdom yet and the roaming bandit and looter grous are anywhere form 7 - 20 which makes it hard to keep up army morale and even harder to make money from battle ( sincevthere's so little loot / prisoners ) does the numberof looters or bandits roaming on the map ever

Read the title more carefully. I already have a party led by a companion. What i dont know is how to order them In the bottom right corner of your screen on the map you should see three flags. Click on that and scroll down till you find your companions warband and add them to your army. They will march to you and merge with your party.
